What is the procedure for redeemption of capital gain bonds invested under 54ec ?
Whether we have to open Capital gains account in bank and than we can transfer to our savings account ??
Please clarify the procedure

the money that you had invested in capital gains bonds under 54ec will get back credited to your bank account after 3 years as per the bank details provided. there is no requirement of opening capital gains account. that is required when you want to invest in a residential property and are unable to utilize the whole capital gains before due date of filing your return
