Procedure for incorporation of a Foreign company subsidiary in India is almost same the way a domestic company get incorporated here.The aditional things you need to comply with requirements of FEMA/FDI Act.Prior to bringing the fund in to India You should thoroughly know & understand these guidelines .Respective Circular is attached hereunder for your reference
