Can anyone pl tell me what is the procedure for formation  of NGO for Senior Citizens .

The NGO can be trust or a society . The procedure for registrtation of Trust is as follows:

1. The name, father’s name, DOB, address and occupation of at least two persons to act as the “Settler” and “Trustee”. The photographs, PAN, photo Identity proofs, residential address proof. shall also be needed .These can be Passport or Election Card.

2.      Main objects of the Trust drafted in a para.

3.      An advice on what will be the Settlement Property. This can be a cheque of Rs 1100 along with a cash of Rs 1000 to make it easier to open a bank account.

4.      Thereafter, “Settler” and “Trustee” will need to personally present at the Sub-Registrar’s office along with a photograph, photo Ids and residential address proof to register the documents.
