One of my client has got Limited Company incorporated in the year 2012 and after incorporation & Getiing certificate of commencement of business. They never did any business in the same and has only opened a bank account which was later closed.
Now the issue is they had never filed any returns pertaining to annual filing & they are getting notice from ROC of default. Can u please guide that how we can help him?
First you should file all pending returns and then file application for compounding of offence.

if company wants to Exit? can they file FTE form directly without filing all pending returns??
