Procedure for change in address of Regd. office

just file form no. 18 with the mca site, for further reference go to www.mca.gov.in site

Dear Arpit,

Simply pass a board resolution for change in registered address within the same state and file form 18 with ROC within 30 days of passing board resolution.

Revert if there is any doubt.

Is there any notice period for Date of dispatch of notice for passing..........?

if company is Public Company and changing office with in same ROC but in different city

My Client would like to change Register Ofiice of the Company from Mira Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra to Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Whether Board can pass the Resolution to give effect of this or members permission is required? And also the procedure to be follow
