I just cleared my pcc level in Nov'10 exam. As only a month articleship is left I want to go for final exam in May'11. I want to know the procedure (documents required)& fee (8500 or 10000 ???) and place where to submit the application form. Can I apply for online examination for final before CA final registration. Waiting for an answer.

First u have to get registered then u can apply online.
Contact ur nearest ICAI Branch.
Pahle Apko Final me registration karwana hoga and 8,500/- fees will be submit and after this you can file examption form by online
