stamping of MOA is itself self explanatory in all regard.

kindly refer to the procedure as the stamp fees is paid at the treasury and also form is filed with ROC no need for the physical verification of any soughts.

If Stamp duty has been paid online, thn no need to file physical copy of form5 n MOA AOA..

just check company master data or login wid that id from which u'd uploaded form5 n check track transaction status..
