8. Can be the same date as no. 6 which is the auditors report date as well as the accounts signing date.

thank u sir,
but another doubt raised here that wether authentication of accounts u/s215 is necessary before giving report to auditors..
in the given sheet is point 6(a) to be performed simultaneously with point 2 or what ever mentioned in the sheet is correct..
