please let me know what to do in following case?
My wife is salaried employee.. She has a PAN card in name after marriage. But in workplace she is having her name before marriage. Now TDS is decucted from her salary with her old name.. Since PAN card is in her new name after marriage ( with just surname changed) , in which name should i file return. I have to get refund also.
Will there be any problem of name mismatch to get refund?

You should file the return in the name as it apprears in the income tax database. There is no problem in getting refund.
Though the TDS credit is given on the basis of PAN number, but still "View 26AS" of your wife and check any TDS is showing in her account or not. and if no, then ask her employer to file revised return with her new surname.

26AS is showing all TDS and her name is before marriage... Now if i have to file return in new case as is with the PAN card... So i just wants to know whether there will be problem of name mismatch in getting refund?
No, there will be no problem in getting refund
