THIS IS THE ERROR MASSEGE...
It's the same error for me as well, error " Invoices already submitted", no ARN received, looks like GST portal launched without proper testing. The govt should update on it's website regarding the problem.
If anyone has found the way to fix the error, please inform all of us.
