Problem in uploading st 3
I am unable to upload st3 form from aces website. As soon as i select upload st3 return option, file attachment window starts to open but it does not open and is taking too much time.I though it might be busy these days so i tried even in the night but its creating the same problem.Please tell me what could be done.

Sir,
Those are problems i.e network problems or technical problems to be chek and remove the same. In this regard my opinion to mbe filed in the morning as soon as possible and also do one work i.e. filed online also. Hope may be reomve the said problems. Having other observation plz forward the same.
