Download and install all pre requisite software for income tax efiling. Quick link for all pre requisite software is available on income tax efiling website.
The error you are getting might be due to non availability of JAVA in your computer. Be sure that JAVA is activated and symbol of JAVA is displayed on right side of taskbar whenever you tried to use DSC.
