If that (health care) be the only service provided, no need to register......... but if any other services or supply including health care........ basic exemption limit shall apply.
sir any other services means?? I didn't understand properly....
GST is pan based registration..........
If the owner of the nursing home has any other activity like rental service, medical store/ drugs trading, if doctor, professional consulting services etc ....... etc......... which are taxable............. so the parameters change......
