If we reimburse the driver's salary to an employee of the company, does this make the driver an employee of the company? Would the principal employer concept be applicable in this case?

No... The Driver not an employee of the company. The salary also the employee's salary.
Thanks! It means whole salary of an employee would be taxable no benefit of reimbursement?
