when u use paragraph way the 1st para should explain what law says about the question asked, 2nd para should explain what is in the present case (i.e. explain the detail situation given in the question) and the last para should be concluding one (i.e.how to solve the problem given in the question or what should be done in given circumstances.)  the concluding para and 1st para  fetch more marks often. 

when u write ans. point wise u just convert all paragrphs ans. into a point form.

for less marks questions ans. should be point wise and for more marks u have to explain in detail.
