Preparation of Statutory Report

There is no format require for the Statutory Report...

Moreover, there is no procedure for the preparation of the same.....

You, should have to take care of below mentioned things, while preparing the same....

All the contents mentioned in the Section 165(3) of the Companies Act, 1956 must be included..

It should be signed by the Directors and Auditors...

The same should be filed with the ROC.....
