Preparation for cs prof. open book exam. for elective papers

Would anyone please guide me how do I start the preparation of the elective paper "Capital, Commodity & Money Market" for Dec.2014 CS Prof.Exam.? I am totally confused seeing the sample question paper (file attached) as webcasted by ICSI.

i think books are out in the market now dear... you can purchase them and prepare acording to them.... first attempt of a revised strucutre is always a bit tough one because of less idea of how paper will be.. so prepare well dear

Once you get Institute's study material, check out the reference material that was used in writing it. This will give you fair idea as to source from where Institute has picked the content. You must also understand that this a new system the Institute is experimenting, not everyone will be equipped to give you a satisfactory reply.
