Pref Shares -whether it can be issued any conditions ?

Dear Sir, A Pvt. Ltd. Co. is having an Authorized Share capital of 90 Lakhs Rupees and Paid up Equity Share capital of 90 Lakhs Rupees. In such a case can a pvt. ltd. company issue Pref shares or it has to 1st compulsorily increase Authorized Share capital. Please reply Rajesh Poddar Email: rajeshpoddarceo @ yahoo.com
