One of my client being a Company, is running manufacture of optical instruments, not exactly manufacture, sometimes they collect items and assemble too..

the co., has billed its client, where vat and ST both are applicable on that bill means partly sales partly servicing and installation charges( the company had contract with that client t.w this servicing) whether tds is applicable for servcing amt.. if yes wat category and percentage..

Pls reply @ the earliest...
