Can a Daughter remain a co-parcenar in her father's huf after her marriage. Does she has any rights on the property of HUF after her marriage. Just like a son who can be co-parcener in his fater's huf as well in his own huf , can the daughter remain to exist in her father's huf as well as in his husband's huf.

In HUF property, all sons and daughter have equal rights. there is no issue if child is married or unmarried.
For her rights daughter can go to court for her partition.
