HELLO FRIENDS, IF APERSON EARNS POST OFFICE COMISSION OF RS. 50000

WHETHER IT IS THE BUSINESS INCOME AND WHICH ITR IS TO BE USED

IS THERE ANY ADHOC DEDUCYION ON POST OFFICE COMISSION ALSO.

PLS. TELL ME.

Yes, Raj kumar it is surely a business income. for th same, expenses can be claimed.

The ITR 4 should be used in respect of AY 2010-11

There is no adhoc deduction in case of Post commission received only thing is that you can simply claim the normal expenses relating to the income received towards business exps.
