Is it possible to claim of ITC for the month of APRIL 2018 & November 2018 in March 2019.

As per Order 2/2018 CT St.31/12/2018 :
You can claim ITC of previous FY till 31/03/2019
Hence you can claim August, December 2017 ITC upto 31/03/2019
You can claim ITC of previous FY till 31/03/2019
Hence you can claim August, December 2017 ITC upto 31/03/2019
Yes you can claim ITC of April-2018 to March-2019 up to Next year September-2019 GST3B return or Annual return of 2018-2019 whichever earlier as per GST Law..
