how to open ipcc podcast related pdf file?please help...

Just follow the following steps :
1.After downloading a particlular podcast file.Select that file and click on option "extract to.." (with a same file name !!).
2.A new folder with a same name will be created. Just open that folder. Now you can listen that file.
i know podcast means hearing the subject papers but i want this podcast lecture to pdf file.
