actually due to some problem i was unable to give my grp 2 exam in may 14 n i have surbhi mam book for audit n im confused now for surbhi mam book or paduka for new syllabus in nov 14
go for practice manual in ITSM

for it dinsh madam is ok n for sm practice manual n study material is sufficient..........
