Plzz help regarding conversion from pcc to ipcc

I Cleared CPT Exam in June 2008, Then registred for PCC and as an Articled Assistant in the same year..

Failed for 5 Attempts of PCC (Due to Negligence) then left that, Had completed 3.5 Years articleship already on 20th February 2012.

Last attempt I gave was May 2012. Then I went into Teaching Field and I have been teaching Accounts to 10+1 and 10+2 Students for last 2 Years, But I am fed up with all this, I want to Live my Dream again now with more Energy, Confidence and Desire to Perform.

Meanwhile I have also cleared CS Executive both group in May 2013 Attempt and preparing for CS Professional on my own..

Plzz guide me what should I do and what should be the procedure for Re-Registration and Conversion from PCC to IPCC in my case as I want to give May 2014 Attempt of IPCC.

I will be highly thankful to all of you.

Refer to the ICAI announcement dated 07.01.2013, for conversion procedure to be followed from PCC to IPCC [IPCC now renamed as Intermediate(IPC)].
.
If you wish to appear in the May 2014 exams, then apply for conversion at the earliest. After that you can apply for exams online as a ‘provisional candidate’ because the database will not be updated with your reg. details as it has expired.
