Excise shall apply if process undertaken by party is fall within Definition of Manufactur as per ACT.
So, it doen't matter that whether it bill of sale or job work.

if the excisable doods which is subject to sale or issut tojob work is comes under the purview of manufacture then excise duty is payable at the time of removal of goods frm factory or depot at the rate and tarrif preaviling on the date of removal ....if at the time of manufacture goods are not excisable goods then in no case duty is payable ...thxs for sharing
