Notifications and circulars are available at www.incometaxindia.gov.in for Dt and www.cbec.gov.in for IDT.
For case laws, www.itatonline.org is good.

for case low there is too many other site also.
But it you are searching for examination point of view then it is totally wastage of time
If you are searching to updating the knowledge then go.
