I think it is allowed only for 2 children (not grand children) of an individual for full time education

Grand child fee not allowed as per 80c
The deduction is allowed to assessee's children Not grand children.
It is also allowed to legal Guardian
Sir plz explain what is the legal guardian or defination of legal guardian ?
A major person who does act like a parent as the natural parents of the child cease to exist.
