i think first of all u should try to understand RBI Act........u may take help of our senior/friend also.........after that u should refer material of accounting of the banking companies........i think it can help you to understand more and simplstic manner...............

Agree to others it doesn't need special skills but u will find accounts in different format but basic knowledge being same.don't worry u will get familiar & start with the way ur principal told u.
