Dear Mr. Yogesh
First thing is that you had done calculation mistake in computing overtime days and exact days are 7.375 days, plz check it out and the second thing is that penalty shall be levied for whole machine and not for part of machine and exact penalty amt. is Rs. 80000 instead of Rs. 52000.
