You can claim exemption in Company Accounts subject provided you should have scored atleast 60% marks in that subject in M.Com. You need to fill the exemption form and pay the prescribed fees.

There should be 9 months gap to appear for both group so you can appear for both group in June 2012 but you need to clear all your CC Papers + Computer Training.

I have score in M.com:-

Business Environment and policy -65/100,

financial Accounting-51/100,

Banking and insurance-55/100

Computer applications in business-64/100

Advanced Accounting-64/100

Financial Management-50/100

Advanced cost Accounting-61/100

Investment Management-56/100

Shall i eligible for exemption in Company accounts,cost and Management Accounting?????
