I got registration in Excise Department in Feb. 2010, as an Second Stage Dealer. I want to know that what types of Return i have to filled & what is the procedure of filling it ?

Dear Mr. Vijay
As you have said that you are registered with excise as a registered dealer. You have to file Dealer Return on Quarterly basis. You should to submit the 4th Qtr retun. The format of dealer return can be taken from excise mannual.

First stage/ second stage dealer shall file Quartely Return within 15 days from from the end of such quarter. with format notified for this purpose.
