thanks faraz,but i want the case studies issued by ICAI applicable for ca final may 13.

ICAI has not yet published the case law book applicable for May 2013 Examination. Please note even in May 2012 the Institute had not published the case law as a separate book but the same was included in RTP. However, in November 2012 the Institute released the select case laws again as a separate book.

arnd what tym will icai issue it?any idea? or i shud purchase rtp only?

I am not sure, but please keep checking the ICAI website or CCI itself, the moment it is available someone will surely post it.

What i have uploaded are case studies itself..rather i by mistake typed it as amendments.

We better take help of these case laws, as correctly told by Mr. Satish for May 12 ,ICAI havnt uploaded it and it may do the same this time also,....so its better to go through the case laws for meanwhile. 

Should also go through recent judgements as published in CA magazine..these are available on CCI.

Most probably by end of Feb ICAI shall release the RTP.....Its Better to purchase it as it would help in help in marking the relevant areas

Faraz, asdg is talking about Case laws issued by ICAI. Kindly note, that the case laws published by Institute have more weightage in terms of questions asked in the examination. I am not saying other authors or books do not cover, try to understand the significance of ICAI Case law book for scoring good marks.

On other points, which you are making suggestions, I agree.

Very well agree with u sir but instead of waiting for few more days when ICAi shall issue the case laws, its high time for may examinees to pull up our socks and get familiar with such recent judgements which may also be covered in the case issued by ICAI.

Even im awaiting the case laws which are not yet issued by ICAI

Perhaps we better not focus on just exam oriented material rather the core part is enlarging our knowledge.

Faraz, I completely agree with your point of view. I was making a limited intervention about the ICAI material, which "chasing my dream" was referring.

"Chasing my dream" if my analogy was wrong, please let me know, so that I stand corrected.

yes u r ryt mr satish i want the case studies issued by ICAI only,and mr faraz the thing is i had appeared for grp2 in nov and did not clear it,so i found that the case studies issued by institute r of utmost importance,bcoz institute needs the exact cases to b mentioned by us in exams,and u r ryt that v must b aware of recent cases as well ,bt i guess for may exams very less tym is left so its better to utilise the tym to fullest and if v know one thing is for sure to cum in exams, so its better to first secure those marks finish off  the course on tym and if tym left then go on other things.

sorry if anything was offending or which caused any inconvinience to both of u.it was a general query by my side,no intensions for any controversies
