hi........... i just want 2 knw dat after clearing my 2nd group of pcc, i want to move to other city 4 taking coaching of CA FINAL...n there4 i have 2 take transfer from my current principal but these transfer rules hav become so restrictive dat i cant find on wat ground shud i take transfer. plz help out.......
