hi preeti Study mat is more than enough but it is very complicated so i will suggest u to go for padhukas.
Padhukas is another study material and use same language as study material does.
From where i ll get this..?

Hi preeti, what i suggst is pls complete the study materia and prepare self notes with the help of Padhuka's book that will build your confidence leve for Inf.tech.ok iam sure it will work out remember one time writing is equal to 100 times reading.all the best.l

I think Munish Bhandari for Company law is the better option in CA final. You can Get this from all the leading bookseller

u shd go 4 Munish Bhandari's handbook 4 law n for auditing i prepared notes myself which are available with me. n believe i got 69 in auditing with them and i thinkit it is not bad. u can also check it on caresults.nic.inif u wish n my roll no 4 nov07 attempt was 40735
