You should apply within one month from the date of declaration of results

Dear Friend you should apply with in one month from the date of declaration of results,application should be in your own hand writing mentioning name,regn no,exam,roll no,attepmt(May/Nov),address along with a dd of requisite fee....all the best
 

I agree with above friend reply. It is one month time to submit.

You have to paid Rs 100 Per Subject & Rs 400 is Maximum & You have to Make DD

Procedure:

1.Hand written application with Roll No., Reg. no., paper no. whch r 2 b revaluated, Xam(Nov/may)

2.DD of Rs. 100/-per paper max. of Rs. 400 drawn on "The additional secertary(Exams), ICAI" payable at new delhi

3.Marksheet copy or printout
