I came to know from one of my frnd that you can directly join ipcc after graduation (B.Com) without appearing for cpt. Is it true ? Plz help.

No , not possibele.............we have to face CPT. its Compulsory

there's no exemption to cpt..but u will get exemption from the CS Foundation course if u try there..!!
CPT IS COMPULSORY ..............
AFTER GRADUATION THERE IS EXEMPTION IN CS/CWA FOUNDATION COURSE....................NOT IN CA................
