Plz advice
pf wages limit increase to 15000. I give 9500 as wages to my employees(security guard). so now what I need to do.. shud I have to pay them 15000 or I have to deduct their pf on 15000.
plz help.

pf will be deducted on 12% of basic salary by employer, however he can claim deduction under Income tax Act. (i.e.12% of Rs 9500), as PF act says upto 15000 basic PF is mandatory.
