I was in the process of filing form 1 for incorporation of Company i was planning to make the payment towards the same through using my credit card by mistake i have selected offline payment. Challan also generated. Is it possibe to make online payment now? Pls help in this regard?

You can refile Incorporation document and pay chaalan by credit card.

I agree with Ajay Sir.
You can once again upload the incorporation forms and then opt for the payment via credit card
Secondly, let the challan previously generated by you get expired automatically i.e., if you will not make the payment of the challan within 7 days of itz generation, then it will challan will automatically get expired.
So for your case just leave the challan untouched and let it reach the expiry date for automatic expiry.
