Pls help me... i am depressed....

I can really understand wat u must be going thru.....every one of us have gone thru this pahse at some tym or d other.......u wud feel low,depressed....as if d world has ended.........but trust me....in d end ,nothing matters.......d day we realize we are living in an illusion,we wud be free of our pains and sorrows.......

and no one can encourage u except u urself........when ever i felt low and depressed.....i wud write dwn..i suggest u too do d same.....write out ur heart........and in gud tyms read ur words bak........u will feel so light....
