No. Just apply to NSDL for a new card with the same Permanent Account Number

FIR is not required. Just fill the form for new card - in this process if you want you can also make corrections-if any data had been filled wrongly or there had been any changed- like if there has been any change of address etc:

Mr. Mallikarjun FIR is not mandatory to apply for a new PAN Card (with existing PAN) but its always useful to have a FIR, so pls go for it.

F I R not required but police complaint acknowledgement is necessary

FIR is itself a police complaint.

FIR not requires.

FIR is not required

submit the correction form for new pan card with the same pan no.

F.I.R IS NOT REQUIRED FOR NEW SAME PAN CARD , BUT F.I.R IS NECESSARY SO THAT NOBODY MISUSES THE SAME

FIR not required just u apply to NSDL for new card with old PAN No

OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI

FIR IS not necessary to get a new PAN.

Bt i will advise u in case of loss of any personal idenity its always good to file an FIR so thhat in case of its misuse by any anti social element u r not held responsible for it.

If not an FIR a police acknowledgement will also do. Bt do go 4 it.
