i ha
ve sold land on 14/06/2018.the period of holiding is 2 years 8 months .whether it is long term or short term and tell me the tax rate aplllicable for short term or long tem ?

long term as period of holding is more than 2 year (budegt 17-18 cut holding period to 2 from 3 years)

long term & tax rate is 20% , further u have get deduction u/s 54
