Can somebody please tell me the name of a good website where free downloads of FEMA bare act, rules, regulations etc can be done. Also the name of the govt website where all this info is hosted.

if you type just FEMA on google you will easily get the bare act , similarly for procedural matter query RBI site even DGFT site and https://dipp.nic.in/ can help a lot infact you can post your querry on dipp on bulletin board services on this site
hope this will help to solve your doubts as fema issues come under RBI as well as department of industrial policy and promotion
For latest circulars, RBI site : www.rbi.org.in is most preferable. Other than the DGFT site can be used.
