I have uploaded in the first week of October many 23B forms (appointment of auditor forms) , after uploading the same the challan was displaying the address of the company also for which it has been filed.

But since last two days, I am finding that 5-6 forms of 23B which I have uploaded, the address of the company is not displayed, CIN and name are correctly there, in the form also there is address. The period for which the auditor is appointed 1-4-2012 to 31-3-2013 is also not displayed.

So what is the reason behind this? Is it new system that address and period are not displayed?

Please answer fast.

Form 23B contains CIN, name of Company and its adress of Company for which Form 23B is filed and at the end Period of accounts is from ...... to ........

There might be some problem that company's name and perriod is not dispalayed , you must consult concerned ROC for the same.

Smriti, all things are there in form.

My query is that in the challan of form 23B, there is address and period missing.

Kamlesh, I had written about challan of Form 23B only by mistake I had mentioned Form 23B
