yeah heena u can take transfer any time even during the examinations time

and u also have a genuine reason that ur ca do not want to continue with u

so go ahead and fill up FORM 109

Although transfer is banned but transfer before 30th april is valid.

you will be elegible for June exam.

But this is an exception case because your principal is transferring you so you must consult Institute for this transfer
