hi..

i am going to write my paper in june 2009..

n have been doing my articleship from october 24, 2007.now the CA wants me to take the transfer...well i have onether CA whom i can work with but i wanted to know is it possible that i can take the transfer now....although i have already completed 15 months of training...

will i still be eligible for my june exams....???

please advise me??

yeah heena u can take transfer any time even during the examinations time

and u also have a genuine reason that ur ca do not want to continue with u

so go ahead and fill up FORM 109

all teh best for exams

Although transfer is banned but transfer before 30th april is valid.

you will be elegible for June exam.

But this is an exception case because your principal is transferring you so you must consult Institute for this transfer
