Dear All,

My Articleship(3& half years) would be completing in 27th February 2014

But due to certain reasons I am forced to take leave from 30th September 2013....

I could join the Office Only on coming May 2014.....

I informed my Principal of it and he agreed.....

So what all documents/forms should i send to Institute for the above adjustment....

Also Inform me when should I Send (date/month) those documents...

Please give a clear picture to me ......

As per my knowledge,

if u have mutual understanding with your principal you can terminate it on 27th feb and served the remaining period without any submission of document.

if your principal is not agrreed then you have to terminate the articleship and file the 102 and 103 for fresh registration for remaning period.

you may seek for other option.

My principle may not agree to it.. For termination should i have to submit any form to institute...also wen should i submit the same...also please let me know the date to submit form 102 and 103... Thanks for your reply

First of all you have to file form 108 for complition of articleship. u hv to mention excess leave in that form. you have to submit this form immediatly after 27th feb.

then u will received termination letter from icai. after that u have to submit 102 & 103 for fresh registration.
