I am an articled assistant cleared IPCC in May, 2012 and joined in articles on 9th August, 2012. I took termination in my 2nd year of articles on medical reasons and joined with another principal with a break of 3months in articles. Now can anyone tell me when am i eligible for fina exam. MAY,2015 OR NOV,2015????????

Hi If we take 3 years from August 2012 + 3 months break, articles will not be completed before Nov 2015.. How ever since IPCC students can appear 6 months prior to completion of articles, i hope Examinations board will allow you to appear in May 2015. If your are PE2 or Intermediate student converted to IPCC then you can appear 1 year prior to completion of articles. I advise you to contact your regional council for a clarity.Best Wishes
To my knowledge 3 months will be further added due to break. However i suggest you to post on E Sahayata available on ICAI website and get clarification .
