hi friends.. This time i got dissappointed with my results.. I was expecting 60 plus in dt and idt.. but wat i got is only 30 plus.. even though i am strong in concepts i cant score well. please give ur suggestion in presenting our answers in exams.. particularly case laws and isca.. is it compulsory to mention case laws name and section numbers? please help..

Study from Institute's Study Materials, Practice Manuals, Compilations, Supplementary Study Papers and Select Cases in DT IDT.
If you can remember citations that is good otherwise remember at least parties in the case laws.
Refer to Institute's recommended Books if time permits.

In ca exams no one can pridict

( 2 ) it is read as follows : The
