Tell him the reason why u wanted to transfer ur articles..

hi....if u want to terminate with in one year then threr is no need to take ur princpal permission but u have to proper reason to institute..if u r in second year  means u have to take ur princpals permission and u have to give proper reason to institute...all depends on ur princpal....if he is nice then ok...otherwise..problem..good luck....

It is very difficult to sugest u the reason. You shold tale him actual reason if you think that your principal will give u transfer with your actual reason it will be the best.

Best of LUCK!

If I tell the actual reason, he will definitely allow me to transfer. But it will lead to a bad relationship with him. I am thinking of telling that I am moving out of the city. So grant me to shift my Articleship.

Please give any such ideas

Brother we dont know your employer. . . . .tell any reason which u think best. . . No transfer restriction in first year. . . But if u resolve ur problem its much better.

It is not possible to resolve my problem.

Please give any ideas . plz plz plz ..........

Principal's permission is always needed. His/ her sign is required in form 109 for termination. In post-1st year years, you need to justify it to the council.

You can try explaining the problem to your CA, he might resolve the issue, otherwise you have to lie. Think of lies which can help you sort your problem. Also think, he can sooner or later know you lied, that will certainly damage the relationship, doesn't it?

I cannot explain him the actual problem.

Please tell what lies I can tell. I can think of only 1 idea i.e., moving out of the city. Is there any other thing which I can tell? plz help.

Hi Destinyfan,

I think ur actual reason is u want better exposure if so u can tell this,

u need to be a bit practical ,i reckon first u analyse wat area's of work is ur current firm offering.Just tell him tat u wanna make career in other areas than wat he is  offering.Tell him in a polite way and convince him he ll agree as u mentioned tat ur relationship is good with him.If he is a Good man ,he ll certainly agree...

If ur actual reason is not better exposure than don lie to him..

Dear Dear Dear,Why are u taking tension.Just Relax

If u r in 1st year of articleship, then just take transfer from ur employer very easily without giving any reason and there is no need to inform the institute because institute does not enquire very much about that cases which are under 1 year.In my office,2 articles have take transfer within one year without any reason and institute have accepted it without any enquiry. For any other problem, contact me at jaspreet0512 @ rediffmail.com.

First dont think about relationship with employer, when u take transfer relatioship automatically end. Just tell- SIR MAIN AB YAHA KAM NAHI KAR SAKTA HU. If your boss askin why? Tell- PERSONAL METTER HAI, SO I WANT TRANSFER. Then give 15days time to employer. Uske bad 109 bharane ka life jhingalala karane ka. . . . Dont tense yaar be cool.

in the first year of articleship transfer can be done without any specific reason

If u are in PCC scheme then convert to IPCC and get termination of articleship. This is the best and safest way. I did the same.
