MY FRIENDS ARE COMPLETED DEGREE WITH 65% +. SO THEY CAN APPLY FOR IPCC OR STILL THEY HAVE WAIT.
FOR ANY APPROVAL FROM GOVERNMENT. FEW ARE SAYING THAT ALREADY IT HAS BEEN APPROVED IS IT A CORRECT INFORMATION.
